Weekly Checks are the best way to keep a finger on your homes pulse. A lot can happen in a week. When we check your home, we aren’t just driving by to see if it’s still there, we have a long list of double checks to make sure we notice the issues before they become problems. Our weekly checklist involves a complete walkthrough of the maintained grounds, the interior and exterior features of the home including your windows walk / roof deck. We always check any mechanical systems of the home and outbuildings along with the thermostats to be sure they are operating properly.
